Norway is known for its extensive mountainous coastline and fjords. Due to the Norwegian Current, an extension of the Gulf Stream Norway experiences one of the world’s greatest thermal anomality owing to its mild weather despite its artic latitude. Norwegians people have a rich history of maritime and arctic exploration a lineage that stems from the Vikings. Today Norway is an industrialised nation with an abundance of water power and offshore oil of which Norway is one of the worlds largest exporters of.
